The RYDER Ranch jacket is a combination of style and durability, made from a hardwearing, heavyweight, raw canvas that will age and fade the more you wear it.
The jacket has been designed and developed as part of our HARD.WEAR collection and has been engineered using triple stitched seams, vintage tin buttons, and eyelets. We’ve paid particular attention to the underarm stitching and cuffs and created unique shapes and cuts only seen on the &SONS RYDER Jacket. We have retained the &SONS DNA by including elbow patches for durability, a pencil pocket on the left chest, and branded details such as pocket stitch and hand-printed Trading Co logo.

An all year round, rugged jacket
Origins
Traditionally, the versatile Ranch jacket was worn by cowhands, usually with long sleeves and a shorter cut just past the hip for comfort. They served to keep the dust and wind off the cowboy and acted as an essential layer, built to withstand tough conditions. Typically made from a hard wearing canvas or denim.
Style Tip: Wear the RYDER as an over-shirt, keep the base layer simple and add a punch of colour with our Red Pioneers Bandana and Brown Leather Toggle.
